SHIPPING FEES + PROCESSING TIMES

All shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order (unless free shipping applies) and we do not charge an additional handling fee. All orders are processed within 1-2 days, Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Ground.Ground service is the only shipping option for sanitizer products and might take up to 10 days for delivery depending where you are located in the U.S. U.S. shipping only. Delivery is not available in HI or AK.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want to ensure your happiness with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

ORDER ISSUES

If you have issues with your order (order was not received or it's not what you were expecting) please email us at info@rollingstill.com. We will always do our best to resolve any situation that comes up. Please keep in mind that our products are 100%natural and hand crafted, so some variation may occur from batch to batch

(slight changes in color and scent).

DAMAGES

We do our best to provide sturdy shipping packaging to ensure safe arrival of our product, but sometimes things get damaged. If your products are not up to par, please send us an email within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

We process your orders quickly so canceling an order may not be possible. If you have received shipping confirmation, this means the order has been processed and it’s on its way. If you have not received shipping confirmation, please email us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
